We chose to embrace a locked down filming approach, which helped capture the authenticity and immediacy of real-world scenarios. We used classic cinematic filming styles in an effort to create a video that felt less ‘corporate’ and more narrative driven.

We decided to take a more ‘filmic’ approach in our post-production process, implementing a more contrasting colour grade more commonly seen in TV and Film. Our focus was on genuine emotions and reactions and our creative decision to move away from typical corporate video editing was greatly influenced by this.

Together with T Three and Gately, we contributed to making a powerful statement advocating for respect, inclusivity, and positive workplace culture.
